That's why we operate the second largest brewhouse in Wisconsin—a 500bbl, fully automated, state-of-the-art brewery that produces high quality, rich, full flavored CBW® Malt Extracts for consistency and top performance in your brewing system.
We produce 11 styles of unhopped, nondiastatic CBW® Malt Extract. Each style begins with a grist of Briess base and specialty malts—the color and flavor of CBW® Malt Extracts are always developed from malt, never in the boil. We utilize a multiple step infusion brewing process for high fermentability and FAN, which is critical for brewing. After lautering, the wort is gently vacuum evaporated to maintain its rich, full flavor and lessen color development.
